5. Successful Healthy Places Questionnaire

Bolsover District Council is consulting on this draft Successful Healthy Places Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) as an update of the Successful Places SPD published in 2013.

An SPD provides updated advice or guidance on policies in our Adopted Local Plan for Bolsover District (2020). Once adopted the Successful Healthy Places SPD will supersede the Successful Places SPD as a material consideration in decision-making.

This Successful Healthy Places (SPD) consultation draft relates to Policy SC3 and SC2 of the Local Plan by advising how the requirements for High Quality Development and Sustainable Design and Construction should be implemented with regard to development proposals.
