Historic Environment Supplementary Planning Document - Consultation Draft (February 2026)

Historic Environment SPD Questionnaire:

Bolsover District Council is consulting on a draft Historic Environment Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) an update of a document first published in 2006.

An SPD provides updated advice or guidance on policies in our Adopted Local Plan for Bolsover District (2020). Once adopted the Historic Environment SPD will supersede the 2006 adopted document as a material consideration in decision-making.

This Historic Environment (SPD) consultation draft relates to Policies SC16 to SC21 of the Local Plan by advising how the requirements for the policies relating to heritage assets should be implemented with regard to development proposals
