Paragraph 3.30 with respect to the development management process it may be useful to incorporate a section on dealing with listed building applications and scheduled monument consent and the process.
We welcome the reference to Historic England as a ‘specific consultation body’ in Appendix A, page 17.
Under Appendix D, Historic England is keen to front load the neighbourhood development plan process and are keen for neighbourhood planning groups to consider the historic environment at the outset. I include a link below with relevant information, of which we would be grateful if it could be passed on to the relevant groups.

We welcome being involved in the Local Plan preparation process and will comment on the formal stages of the Plan’s development. We are also available to comment informally as issues and evidence develops, if this is helpful.
