W2 Countryside Character

Representation ID: 4982

Received: 27/03/2017

Respondent: PDNPA

Representation Summary:

The reference to the National park is welcome but the plan ( and users of it) would benefit from a clear reference to the duty of regard within Section 62(2) of the Environment Act. This ensures the park is a real consideration in planning decisions that potentially impact on the setting of the Park.
