Following a request for further information from the Local Plans team as part of the Call for Sites and under site reference ID45903, additional information was provided to demonstrate that the potential constraints identified and summarised under this consultation event relating to ecology, flood risk and ground conditions have been successfully addressed as part of the consideration of the on going pending planning application (24/00473/MFL). Consequently the potential constraints identified are not considered to be a constraint to development of housing on this site.
