Welcome inclusion of TN/1801 for consideration. To ensure the land can be developed to meet the required housing target for Temple Normanton during the plan period, the settlement boundary will need to be amended and we request this amendment is made prior to the next stage of the Local Plan process. In addition, the settlement boundary to east of 60 Mansfield Road is currently drawn in a position where there is no defensible boundary and as such it is requested that this boundary is reviewed and amended to include the totality of the property TN/1801) i.e. garden area to east.

We welcome the inclusion of TN/1801 for consideration in the document, however, to ensure that the land can be developed to meet the required housing target for Temple Normanton during the plan period, the settlement boundary will need to be amended and we would request that this amendment is made prior to the next stage of the Local Plan process. In addition, the settlement boundary to the East of 60 Mansfield Road is currently drawn in a position where there is no defensible boundary and as such it is requested that this boundary is reviewed and amended to include the totality of the property within our ownership (TN/1801) i.e. garden area to the east of the property.
