I make this representation as joint owner of site CX/1601. It is noted that the south-west corner of this large site is "partly within an Area of High Environmental Value" and that development of CX/1506 should take place "from east to west and north to south". The need for developing the south-west corner could easily be obviated by including the development of site CX/1601 alongside CX/1506, as CX/1601 lies to the east of CX/1506.

Part of area encroaches into a proposed green buffer zone and the feeling is that this entire extension of southern Clay Cross will be detrimental to the Parish.
