Schedule of Sites Consultation Document (February 2015)

Representation ID: 2431

Received: 26/03/2015

Respondent: Chesterfield Borough Council

Representation:

The scale and location of this site has the potential for a significant impact on the landscape character and general openness in this location that would have an impact across the border between the two authorities. Further consideration should be given to the impact of this site and its relationship to proposals for LSGs set out in policy LP8.
Support the principle of phasing this site, although it may be useful to consider appropriate triggers (suggest it be linked to enhancing local community facilities to support development).
