I disagree with the Inspector to suggest housebuilding at Chesterfield Road, Dronfield (DR1) and Stubley Lane (DR2/3) and ask for it to be removed from the final document. (Ref MM/030 and MM/32)
I believe that exceptional circumstances test does not hold water and would like the Inspector to review the current status of the plan, the number of housing developments that have come forward in recent years shows that the requirement to adopt the exceptional circumstance protocol to remove green belt is not required. Please remove this proposed modifications from the plan.
